Our diversity equity and inclusion journey at Independent Living Services Simcoe County.
Independent Living Services Simcoe County (ILS) is pleased to announce that our project Growing our Workforce through Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Planning was selected to receive funding under the Government of Canada’s Community Services Recovery Fund. This project will support our efforts to become an employer of choice in the human healthcare sector by highlighting the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion principles throughout the organization.
